Before you book
You do, entirely. Code, assets, database schemas, and credentials sit in your accounts and your repositories from the first commit, not at the end of the project. There is no license to renew and no escrow to negotiate.
We use zero-retention API tiers, or run open-weight models on infrastructure inside your own cloud account when the data can't leave. Either way your content is never used to train a public model, and we'll show you the setting that enforces it.
You walk us through your current stack and where it hurts. We point out what we would change, sketch a sequence, and give you a cost range. You keep that write-up whether or not you hire us.
Yes, on a monthly agreement covering monitoring, deployments, OS and library patching, and a support channel for your team. It's month-to-month, and the handover documentation means another team could take it over.
Our smallest engagements start around $4,000 — usually an IT and identity setup, or a focused automation. Below that we'll tell you on the call and point you somewhere better rather than stretch the scope.
